Spring Social Activity Proposal - Alexander Creek Home Owners Association

The Alexander Creek H.O.A. Social Committee met on February 8th in response to your many inquiries regarding the next opportunity for a social gathering of our members.
After considerable discussion it was decided to book the Park House for the first available Saturday and have a Pot-Luck event to kick off this year’s activities.
The day of April 13th has now been booked for that use. A deposit has been made to hold the building for us for that entire day.
Our immediate questions then are:
How many of you would be interested in and able to attend this event?
Would you prefer a daytime or evening start?
Do you have a suggestion for making use of the house for the rest of that day?
We would request an answer to these questions NO LATER than February 28th.
